Hello!
We have been married a year. She recently got a great job!
But her problem is lack of confidence and she gets bullied by her collegues. I always wanted to have a more confident wife and want to help her out of this situation.
I thought the best way is for her to get a first hand expereince of taking charge. So I have started giving her more and more control of our decisions e.g. financial, etc
Any tips on how to make her totally in charge??

Get her a strapon and bend over.

Heh heh.
I threw it out jokingly, but according to my friend, Dan, it's true. I thought this practice must be something latently gay men had to persuade their female partners to do. Apparently that isn't what it's about. He says it's about giving the woman the feeling of what it's like to be the man, how dominant and in control we feel when she's bent over in front of us in that ever so submissive posture. He says it does wonders for a woman's self esteem. That's one man's anecdotal report, for whatever that's worth.

Interesting, but I think he'd better be careful of what he wishes for, that's all. And truthfully, I can't think of too many men who would willingly submit to this technique, either.

"Que sera, sera" - "Interesting, but I think he'd better be careful of what he wishes for, that's all. And truthfully, I can't think of too many men who would willingly submit to this technique, either."
I am pretty happy to see such a comment - it shows people realize how hard it is!! And to be frank I am not a very patient person. And there are times when I doubt what I am doing.
But the changes in behavior I can see in my wife is amazing. She has not put a foot wrong in managing the finances. (So far lol!!). She is getting more confident in office now(Still a long way to go, me thinks) and this week I got a gift out of nowhere! :))
