Game continued

I love it when we are at a party or get together and my husband acts as if I'm the only person in the room.

I love it when my hubby takes care of me when I am sick

I love it when he calls on his way home, and asks me if I need or want anything.

I love it that he still calls me beautiful when I've woken up with bed head.

OK those are just a few off the top of my head:cool:

When he greets me when I come home from anything

When he kisses the back of my neck or rubs my shoulders

When he plays and has fun with our daughters

when he makes dinner

when he has no problems with me going out and getting my fitness, doing yoga, cardio or whatever.

When he does something sweet for me when I do something sweet for him

when he plays with my hair. most relaxing thing ever.

when i'm sitting on the couch and he sits down on the floor and puts his head on my lap

rubs my shoulders

when he randomly makes breakfast

reads to me and we share in the book together

laughs at my jokes or my ridiculousness or my clumsiness

I love it when my SO

doesn't act like an ass! :)

no no no, I'm being too harsh.

I love it when he cooks me dinner
when HE wants to cuddle, and so he asks, not the other way around.
when he takes care of me when I'm sick, and runs to the gas station in the middle of the night to buy me medicine. :D

Makes me laugh unexpectedly. He's a real Yogi Berra...gets words and their meanings screwed up all the time.

Actually, I like this too. When I'm watching football, I hate if my SO wants to start a side convo.

I 2nd the playing with my hair/leaving me alone while I'm watching football. :D He knows that if he calls me while there's a Steelers game on, he'll just end up listening to me cussing/cheering the whole time. :p

Also...

I love it when he's the one who wants to cuddle

I love it when, if I whine and act pitiful enough, he'll watch chick flicks with me

I love it when after he greets/hugs a female friend, he promtly puts his arm around me/gives me a kiss on the cheek and, if I don't know her already, introduces me

I love how he enjoys spending time with my family

I love it when he randomly turns to me and tells me that I'm beautiful

I love how we can discuss the attractiveness of other people without either of us becoming jealous

I love how he can always manage to make me laugh, no matter what mood I'm in

I love it when he comes to visit me in between classes, even if he barely has time to give me a hug and say "I love you"

I love how he's my best friend and I can tell him anything, and vice-versa

:)

I love it when he says thank you after I cook, even if it wasn't one of his favorite meals.

I love it when he:

....slips his hand under my shirt to rub my back, that skin to skin contact makes all the difference

....winks at me for no apparent reason

....plays with my hair

....can take my good natured ribbing and give it right back

....holds me for a little while in bed in the morning when we have the luxury of waking up together (instead of at separate times by our alarm clocks to go to work)

....doesn't get bent out of shape when I want to go out for drinks without him...and doesn't have a million questions for me when i get home

...he plays with my hair just to help me get sleepy faster.
...when he dances with me, even in public non-dancing settings, just to see me smile and be happy.
...when he says "venga mi nena"

(mmm :( he's moving next week for a job)

...lets me sleep in on Saturday
...does chores around the house without being asked
...is generally the most kind and considerate human being on planet earth
...lets the kitties sleep on his lap
...finds new places for me to take photos and drives me there
...always kisses me goodbye before he leaves for work, even if I'm still sleeping
...gets along with all my friends
...tolerates my silly shenanigans and strange Bravo fascination
...tells everyone how I used to be a brewer (he's so proud)
...brings/sends/shows me stuff that he discovers during his day that he finds to be in our collective sense of humor
...is nice to my parents and brothers
...never condescends or speaks angrily to me
...celebrates my talents and is my #1 cheerleader. :)

What is it with this? Most nights my wife rolls over to my side of the bed looking for this, then falls asleep shortly after I start. I'd have a hard time sleeping if someone kept playing with my hair.

It's very soothing for some women. It does nothing for me tho. In fact, unless I'm getting a back rub, I don't like being stroked. H does this thing where he's barely touching me, (up and down my arm, leg, or back) but it's enough to tickle me. I HATE that!

Meh, I can not sit down or lie down anywhere in my house with a wife, dog or cat piling on top of me. I feel like a piece of furniture.

it's odd how well it works, and it's really just his fingertips like on the crown of my head too... but then again, if he wants to be sleepy faster, i'd run my hand up and down his arm/shoulder, and if he ever did something like that to me, he'd keep me awake. Petting me like i'm a cat (all strokey-strokey), is tickly, and keeps me awake, touching my hair is different though.

Any nice gesture that comes completely unexpectedly is what gives me most satisfaction.

Davey is so the best! He's always been so nice to me, even though I'm insane and way too silly around you. :nice:

He genuinely likes you. He wouldn't be nice if he didn't. :)

I love it when he plays with my hair.
I love it when he insists on holding me while he sleeps.
I love it when he takes care of me, even though he knows I can take care of myself.
I love it when he looks at me the way he does and smiles.
I love it that he says i'm beautiful every day.
I love it when he texts or calls just to say I love you.
