The Marinade was used on Shish kebab when we had it.

Main ingredients-
Olive Oil and Wine Vinegar

Add Worcestershire Sauce, chopped onion, one garlic clove (crushed), "Kitchen Bouquet" [bottled seasoning], and pepper.

Mix to taste.

Got this recipe from my mother in-law too...
This stuff is delicious! I didn't see her make it, heard it (she) made a TON of it...I guess she used entire bottles of the main ingredients- planning to feed the entire family...so you may need to play with the amounts a bit.
