Spaghetti Sauce

1 lb Beef *Add Worcestershire Sauce to taste (alot)
1/2 Onion (white/yellow)
4 Cloves of Garlic

Cook 'til brown then add:

12oz Can Tomato Paste
2 29oz Cans of Tomato Sauce
Fresh Parsley -Big Handful
Dried Oregano -two palms full
Fennell Seed -10 seeds

Cook on Medium and simmer.
After sauce cooks, add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and stir.

very interesting. I have never put Fennell in spaghetti sauce.

Just made it (again) tonight- was YUMMY. Makes lots- so good for leftovers or for freezing.
