Corn Casserole- Serves 12

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Bake for 45 minutes

Ingredients:

1 15oz Can Cream Corn
1 15oz Can Corn, undrained
1 8.5oz Package of Corn Muffin Mix
1/2 Cup Chopped Green Onions
1 Large Egg
2/3 Cup of Vegetable Oil *
16oz Sourcream

Grease 13x9x2 pan

Mix creamed corn, corn, muffin mix, egg and oil...stir 'til moist.
Mix in sourcream. Stir 'til smooth.

Pour into baking dish. Blend in onions and bake until set & begins to brown.

*Sister in law uses butter instead

My mother in-law gave me this recipe, I wasn't sure I would like it- but I was pleasantly surprised. The kids LOVE it too...husband and I were thinking it would be great for potlucks and such...
