Never heard of Trader Joe's.
I always use Pataks curry paste but the method is very similar.
Trader Joes is a small grocer, I know they are US nationwide, but not a ton of chains. They do their own brand of a lot of things, this is one of them. but yeah, any premade curry paste will work for ease...
Going to be making some this week, so I'll measure things out a bit more and take some pictures.

I printed this out. Thanks for the great idea, Manu!
You're welcome! It's nice just cause its SUPER easy and quick, requires very little thought/cleanup. It's pretty healthy if you skip on the cream.

I am going to have to give this a try. I have always wanted an easy recipe.
Oh, also, if you have patience. You can let the chicken soak overnight in the curry sauce, and then cook it the next day. It makes it much more flavorful and tender.

Boneless is much quicker but bone-in is better.
If I'm doing bone-in I take the chicken out of the curry, let it cool then strip all the meat off and add it back into the pan with the cream.

:yeahthat:
bone-in chicken absorbs flavors from teh fat and bone and everything else whereas with boneless, they often add shit to it to make it taste good. but if you are in a hurry or feel lazy, boneless will suffice, it just won't have as much flavor.
I always make it with boneless, skinless chicken, maybe it isn't as flavorful, but much easier, less fat.

it is a lot easier. I'm lazy and usually in a big hurry around the house except on my days off so I just use boneless. you can get boneless chicken that doesn't have juices and sodium and shit added to it.
