this one I find better to season to taste. It is basically the same as a recipe from epicurious.com with a few exceptions that I feel I have made better.

Ingredients:

Garlic (fresh if you've got it, but if feeling lazy, minced...and lots of it)
Unsalted butter (will add salt later.....margerine will suffice but butter is better)
Parsley (fresh)
Crushed red pepper or your favorite fresh hot peppers (no ****ing jalepenos FFS)
Sea Salt
Spaghetti or any other pasta
Large peeled and deveined shrimp....lots of em....the more the merrier.
White whine or some kind of champagne as long as it's light in color and is alcoholic and made with frickin grapes and is sold in the liqour store. No ****ing boones farm neegas.
1/4 cup Olive oil
Black Pepper

Bring some salted water to a boil and cook pasta per package directions.

while the water is heating, heat the olive oil in a skillet but don't let it smoke then add the shrimp and cook the shrimp through. only takes a couple minutes. season the oil to taste with all the rest of the ingredients except for the wine and the parsley. let it come to a boil and then add about 1/2 cup of the wine or champagne or whatever to the oil, butter, etc. and let it come to a boil again for about 1min. then toss in the shrimp and stir it around so that everything in the pan is evenly coated and delicious....eat one because you are jonesin from teh smell. Remove skillet from burner.

drain and rinse the pasta, mix the shrimp and oil and shiz in with teh pasta and devour.

final step.....buy a stairmaster and work it off fatty.:p

P.S. Thanks Krawdaddy :D :w00t: :woohoo:

Sounds good. Do a cookin' vid and put it on You Tube!

ooooooo that is a good idea. I think I may be too lazy and actually shy to put a vid on youtube though. IRL I am a quiet fellow when I am around people I don't know. I think that youtube would count as people I don't know. I have a bad case of stage fright too.
