As long as you put it on before you spar ... in fact, if I recall correctly, its a requirement to have a helm when sparring. Grizzly 10-11-2007, 08:47 AM All depends on what we are doing. If we are doing full contact then yes. If we are doing stage combat then helm is not necessary. |
