I went to the Nationals last weekend in Richmond VA since it was only 4 miles from my house and I wanted to check out the vendors for some stuff Im looking for. Its was huge but it was half riced out Hondas and half lowriders! There were a ton of New Yorkers there BTW. Only 3 Mustangs and they were 4 and 6 cyls.

The venders were a COMPLETE joke. They were all selling blue lights, carbon fiber shift knobs, white fice gauges and even air fresheners that plug into your cigarette lighter! All junk no performance parts http://discussanything.com/Ubb/frown.gif

One thing that really pissed me off is that the City competed to get this national even here to bring money into the area and then abuse our guest. The moronic cops were camped just outside of the convention center and ticketing all of the lowriders that came!!! Duh! You dont invite all of America to come to a LOWRIDER show then HARRASS them for breaking the law!!!!!!!!! http://discussanything.com/Ubb/mad.gif That is just plain rude and stupid on the cops part. (ordinarly I support the cops but this was plain wrong and I dont even like lowriders)

I went up there last year and it was pretty much the same way. Rice-o-rama with cops staked out right outside the place pulling people as fast as humanly possible. Did you happen to catch Jason's excel? The maroon one with the grey/yellow interior, dvd player, and playstation? He's the other guy that works in our shop.

LMAO! I was sure I was going to get nailed for illegal exhaust last year! This year we were at the beach so I wasn't able to make it out there.
