View Full Version : Zombies Around The World
Mystlet 08-18-2007, 08:27 PM Canadian Zombies tend to have much longer lifespans due to the cold weather. As a result, they have time to develop cunning and wisdom, and are a harder foe to fight off than your South Pacific Zombies.

SpabSFW 08-21-2007, 06:02 AM Australian zombies for your viewing pleasure:
"Beware! A strange zombie virus seems to be spreading across the globe. It started in Toronto, Canada, next popped up in Madison, USA, before jumping the Pacific and landing in Brisbane early this month.
I have it on good authority that the outbreak will hit Sydney tomorrow, with the undead massing at Town Hall at 2pm before lurching to the Opera House.
Organiser Rachel Young says everyone seems to have a secret desire to get in touch with their inner zombie.
"I went out for dinner in a tiny little poky corner restaurant, great food but nobody knows about this place, and we're sitting down, we're just having some dinner, and suddenly the people at the table next to us, one of them goes, 'So who else is doing this zombie thing on the 30th?' and I'm like, 'Oh my God, that's my zombie thing on the 30th!'"
She says she's become known as 'the girl who's doing the zombie thing'.
One zombie is driving in from Canberra for the march, and another is flying in from Melbourne.
And for those who can't claw their way out of the grave in time, Young says there will probably be another lurch in Sydney for the Under the Blue Moon gothic festival in early September.
Check Articulate tomorrow for pictures of the zombies in action."
