:) i've had a good birthday so far. movies, billiards, dinner, etc.

although, i thought for sure my birthday would suck because i also had highlights put in my hair, which didnt work out. i asked for light brown and she put blonde. with my eye shape and skin color i ended up looking beige.

i'll have to wait a while before maybe putting a rinse on that evens out the color. you know, one of those wash out in 12 shampoo deals?

True enough, but if you paid for a professional to do a job per your instructions, and they didn't do it. Then you should be able to get it fixed or a refund. If not, that person will continue not to listen to their clients and hundreds will SUFFER!!!
