This picture shows how much weight I have lost, I would have to post what I looked like before to really show it but I am too embarassed to post that. Lets just say that shirt used to be tight on me and that I have lost a total of 70lbs so far.

I used to be very active in the SCA. Now pretty much just work with a joust troop.
