f_l, I don't recommend you to smoke them at all! They feel like easy cigaretttes but the truth is that they damaging as much as cigarettes are. A year ago there was a research by doctors in Israel regarding these smoke instruments and they found that it's very damaging.

I've read the studies. I know the consequences. I smoke cigarettes, too.
