I finally got it!

This is to notify you that the Board of Police Commissioners, on Jan 03 2007 granted your permit for Massage Bus Off Premises.

If you have not received your Police Permit by mail within (6) weeks, please contact:

Keep this card until you receive your Permit.










Only one problem....I applied for my Off Premises AND my Technician's permit, and I do not as of yet know if this one card means I get both of my permits or just this one. Hopefully I will have the answer to that by Monday afternoon.

Either way, this card will drastically change my life. With luck, I will be able to buy a nice big TV soon. :D

I just got off the phone with a woman at the Office of the Police Commissioner.

I was informed that the Technician's Permit and the Off Premises Permit are now one in the same.

I'm fully licensed and permited.

And I'm done with the paperwork until October.
